    'Tis the season to support your local Treefort!

    Hey everyone,

    Many of us check in with this site daily, rely on it for online friendship, a way to stay connected, and to just shoot the shit with people we have known for many years. As you all know, Treefort survives out of donations from the membership. With our current plan, it costs us about $360/year to keep this place running, ad free. Currently, we have about $210 dollars raised via our paypal account (thank you everyone who has put money forward!!). We need to raise $150 dollars by December 11th to continue with the plan we are currently paying for, which allows for adequate site performance. I know this is a big ask, but even if you can afford 1$ of 5$, that would make a big difference!

    Please consider putting some money forward to help us continue to exist, ad free

                i did shout it at that hot tub guy, but i'm pretty sure he was willfully ignoring us at that point.

                on the other hand, i was kind of happy to scare him off with our offers of friendship, because i really didn't care about any of the things he was talking about.

                Haha yeah I told that guy the URL 3 times and he just kept talking as if I hadn't said anything every time. I didn't like him anyways. He talked too much

                And who needs people who talk too much on an internet forum based purely on talking to each other, amiright

                  Some of you will be happy to know I may not be allowed to go to work in the coming month or two so I think it best I save my $5 ??

                    no one is happy about any of us not being allowed to their job....i will step up and include an extra 5 dollars with my own donation...

                    good luck with whatever ends up happening....btw....if i had even a few grand in the bank i would pay everyone and pay the whole s.....ite what have you....its only money...and i mean that.....if a problem can be solved by throwing money at it i am all for it....

                      Dude, that sucks :-( this over vaccine stuff? No-one should be forced to do that. Not okay. I don't think any of us are assholes enough that we would be happy seeing you suffer in any way at all. More likely we want to help.
