        Sesame seeds. ?
        I've been piling in sesame seeds onto anything I eat and I've noticed a big fibre difference.

            Peppermint. I believe that's suppose to be good for you. Your stomach i think. Either way i enjoy eating it. Enjoyment is good for your health. ?

                      quinoa looks unappetizing. But it's good for you and an excellent source of vegetable protein. Go figure. Rice, I like better even though it's not as good for you.

                              My fav vegetable. When I was a kid I'd come home from school and my snack was either a bowl of applesauce or an entire cucumber.

                              Ironically, bagels never entered the equation
