White Meat or Dark Meat? ?

Well? Dark meat, skin on and bone in, or boneless, skinless, tasteless white meat?

    all of the above.

if i had to pick one, i would go with white. especially if it's baked. if fried, it's more of a toss up. skin should always be on. bone presence is less important.

Au contraire mi amigo* As the bone cooks it imparts a delicious flavor into the meat. You get the flavor of and nutrients of the marrow, plus it is juicier.

I usually don't even know which one i'm buying. I just buy meat to cook, it never says white or dark. I assume i buy both based on the original post. Boneless, skinless, doesn't have to be tasteless. All depends on how you season it.

              Dark for savory/oily dishes.
              White for anything fried/breaded.

If it’s for barbecue or hot pot I just devour it.

White meat. Something simple I like is to marinade boneless chicken tits in Italian dressing and then grill. Then the baked potato thing and spinach salad.

I'm a fish eater. I will have mince meat though when mum makes a batch of pasta.
I'm also a fan of home cooked fried rice.
