    Your favorite cheese!

I could kill for some pepper jack cheese with jerky and pickles.

    What is your favorite cheese?

My favorite is Brie, but the cheese I have most often is Swiss.

With Brie I'm a barbarian, I cut it up, rind and all, then zap it in the nuker for 30 seconds at a time. Each 30 seconds I pull it out and stir it with a butter knife. At some point it whips into a single color and I have it with bagel chips and some kind of ale.

Swiss I have on sandwiches, crackers and sometimes on top of a steak that has just come from the broiler.

Once in a long while I make a cheese ball with cream cheese and crumbled bleu cheese.

When I'm low-carb'n I like cream cheese on hot pork rinds.

The last thing I read from a different sight before reading your post is, "The road to hell is paved with butter".

Not sure how that relates to your post, but I find fat people charming. Obesity adds to to character.

I've gained 15 pounds since I been off meth. I eat lots of dairy products.

It's probably why I haven't had a cavity in four years despite using a poison notorious for causing tooth decay.

I was the same way about meth. However, I really hated the way my mouth tasted most of the time, so I was regularly brushing and cleaning between my teeth with bamboo slivers. I still have al of my teeth to this day.

I went from the Appalachian Diet to the Columbian Diet until it bankrupted me. When I was finally off the hard shit, I was off for good. I gained 20 lbs before I knew what was happening. But it was obvious since I was wearing the last clothing I bought before the latest binge. So don't toss your clothes just because you get skinny. You'll fatten up as soon as the chemicals and their constituents begin to leech forth.

Dairy will do the job. Beer helped me bulk up some, but ale really did the trick. It was like drinking liquid bread, Pumpernickel! Then there were the steaks, pizzas, cheeseburgers, stuff that would turn my stomach during and after a meth binge.

Brie is delicious, and I'm very newly coming to appreciate it. I think it goes particularly well with fruit and sweet things-honey, jam, etc. I bought some raspberry jalapeno crackers from trader joes and spread brie on top of them. It was heavenly.

Habanero Jack cheese is my fave.

one of the Amish stores locally makes and sells it
