I was given two little sprout plants late last year and they didn't do much.. also planted in an area i've decided is bad for everything. Nothing seems to grow well there. But I want to do sprouts properly myself. Also a kale that isn't curly.. because I find I often can't be bothered to pick the kale I grew last year (still growing now) because it takes so long to wash it and get bugs out of it. and i'm a bit fussy about trying not to eat bugs.. lol
I'm sick of growing bell peppers. they never seem to go red, and if they do, they start going mouldy at the same time. And I don't like them when they're green.

i'm about to put some kale and sprout seeds in trays.
i had a discussion with the fisherman this morning and he is insisting they should go into seed beds, in the garden.
i would prefer to start them in trays, in the conservatory or polytunnel.
after reading many "how to's" on the internet, i am pretty confident that either way is fine. if anyone has any thoughts on this, i'm interested, but by the time i read them i probably will have already done the trays. but i still want opinions.

Too lazy to ever attempt gardening. Not enough hours in the day, with sports on, reading, playing switch, zooming with Zoe, or streaming crap on my 55" 4K HD TV.
I would attempt to grow some Chop Chop in my backyard, but our neighbours are Coptic Christians and thus would be narks..
However I am very interested in the efforts of other Horticulturalists here/green thumbs. Feel free to share photos of the fruits of your labour here.
