Stretching

I sometimes stretch at work out of necessity, particularly if I have been sitting for a length of time. My back is shot and a good way to get some temporary relief is to stand, bend at the waist and (try to) touch my toes. I have to be careful though; it doesn't take much to aggravate it. I'll sometime end up hurting worse than before.

i tend to forget to make a point of it. but i do stretch myself out when i feel the urge i guess. i need to get better at it though, i've had a few times i found myself nearing an overtraining injury and i think stretching might have prevented some of it. plus it's just a good thing to do in general. i'm naturally pretty flexible, but i'd like to keep it that way as i get older.
