I do a lot of stretching. Everyday for hours it seems. It helps me relax and gets all of the kinks out of my neck and shoulders. Does anyone else do this? 4E1136AE-A6B9-468F-ABD6-C9AD8B43AA49.jpeg

I sometimes stretch at work out of necessity, particularly if I have been sitting for a length of time. My back is shot and a good way to get some temporary relief is to stand, bend at the waist and (try to) touch my toes. I have to be careful though; it doesn't take much to aggravate it. I'll sometime end up hurting worse than before. -
I'm very active so stretching is a must for me. I do more a warm-up type of stretch where i'm shaking out my body every morning, before doing anything active. Then more that yoga type stretch after each training session.Comment

i tend to forget to make a point of it. but i do stretch myself out when i feel the urge i guess. i need to get better at it though, i've had a few times i found myself nearing an overtraining injury and i think stretching might have prevented some of it. plus it's just a good thing to do in general. i'm naturally pretty flexible, but i'd like to keep it that way as i get older.Comment

I only stretch before a physical activity and maybe after once in awhile. It never occurred to me to just stretch for the sake of itComment
