    Injuries are like Fargin Isholes....everybody got one!

    Rolled my left ankle in the back yard by the TreeFortForums grass banner on Tuesday.

    I fell straight down sayin' "MuthaFuckerrr"
    Looked at my ankle...... sore but okay. Stepped into a vacant wabbit hole.

    First day today that my ankle feels back to unbroken normal.


    I've always had bad ankles. They'll be my ultimate disability and undoing when I'm 60-ish.

    Groundhog made a hole in the front, I twisted my ankle on.. Pissed in a juice bottle for the day, poured that in there. Then filled his hole with post cement.

    i don't have any internal injuries right now, but i did step on a nail that was coming up through a plank i was smashing up for kindling. an old decking board. i had shoes on, too! but they were crocs, and the nail went through them. it's not too bad now. i wouldn't have even thought of it again probably but i wanted to join in the thread ;-P

      it wasn't too bad, and didn't go deep. i don't tend to freak out about that stuff. squeeze it to bleed a little, the body knows how to defend itself :-) look out for any black lines in the next few days lol

    Has ya had a Tetanus Booster shot? If its been longer than 10yrs. I would get it...

      That's the reason for about 10% of my trips to the doctor to get a booster shot. Do ya see a pattern?

        seems like I usually get a deep cut wound every 8/10yrs.. last was that rusty spring in the work truck put pretty gnarly gash in my leg..

            That's not what I meant, Asmo.

            My comment was a jab @ my own luck. Tetanus Booster every 10 years. 10% of my trips to the doctor= I cut myself @ least once a year.

            This is why I don't like discussing things with people here. Everybody thinks that any post I make of opinion, is nefarious toward whom it is about.

            Some of you think I take things too seriously, or something...? I dunno.

            That's exactly why I don't wanna talk about things, I'm always wrong even though what is being discussed, is not even what I'm talking about. And nobody listens.

              Last time I rolled my ankle was about a decade ago, I was getting sum and I fell off the bed. Luckily her mom was a doctor and got me free vicodin.

              i think i'm injury free at the moment. i did have a rough spring for foot injuries; in the course of about a month i had two major toe stubs and two major toe cuts. otherwise i think i've been pretty safe lately.
