hey good luck! Most of what we do is a result of subconcious programming and habits, so if you can make a point to consciously choose to do push ups every morning for a few weeks it will eventually become ingrained as a subconscious habit and it won't feel like a challenge or something you have to force yourself to do anymore, it will just be automatic.

I do an exercise routine at night.
1. 10 tricep dips
2. 10 sit-ups
3. 10 push-ups
4. 5 burpres
5. 25 mountain clumbers
2 minute break
6. 30 second plank
7. 30 second wall sit
8. 25 crunches
9. 25 bicycle crunches
10. 5 V-Ups
It takes under 30 minutes, and I noticed the difference the next day. A guy in jail taught me.

They teach this in Karate classes. Open palm push-ups are hard on your wrists, and make them more prone to spraining while sparring. Knuckle push-ups strengthen your fists and are easy on your wrists.
