    I like this, I think this is cool. It appeals to me more than yoga, but has similarities

      Cool! I am making note to try it soon

      I do something similar when i'm really anxious or just need to let some energy out. Sort of like yoga but more intense and more intuitive as far as following my body in whatever way it wants to move

        that thing in the second video, like rotating from "crab" to "bear" around and around, he's right, it does feel good. As of yet I don't do it anywhere near as beautifully.

      I tried this last night and got really excited about it because it's a type of exercise I can do with my son and he'll feel more like I'm playing rather than being a boring adult and working out. He gets so annoyed when we go outside and i'm doing squats and lunges and he just wants to play ? We can race across the yard, alternating from crab to beast! We can run through forests and stay low to the ground and do....other things, I can't remember what the moves are called now lol.

        oh, cool! i keep wanting to post some people just flowing, but that seems quite hard to find on youtube. it all seems to be tutorial type stuff. on instagram you get more clips of people just doing cool stuff, in forests and on beaches :-)
