How long can a man/woman live off Vanilla cupcakes

Even when I have no appetite, Vanilla cupcakes and milk are easy to eat.

I wonder how long someone could survive off that diet alone though.

Don't get me wrong, I rarely eat cupcakes, and try to eat vegetables. ( After I eat a vegetable I put the bones back in the wheelchair hahaha )

But like, when I have absolutely no appetite for food but can tell I need calories it's easy to down a cupcake and a glass of milk.

I'm guessing a person could live maybe two years off cupcakes. He's/she's gonna have scurvy, all kinds of vitamin deficiency, blindness from lack of Vitamin A, very much difficulty doing anything, but I think would still have enough calories to create enough fat and energy to survive for a few years.

But that's just a wild guess not really based on scientific or medical facts. What are your thoughts.?

i'm the same with certain junk foods. i hardly eat them normal times.. but if i'm ill or depressed or whatever, they're the best way to not starve.

I think you'd live longer than two years. Like you said, you'd end up deficient in all kinds of things.. but you wouldn't die until one of those deficiencies became fatal or led to a fatal illness. i think it could possibly be decades, from you current age. I'm not sure though. I just did a brief search about vitamin deficiency but realised I don't want to read about brittle bones and teeth falling out and kidney failure this early in the morning.

It would be a horrible way to age.

Yeah, that would be depressing reading about how depressing malnourishment is early in the morning when everything is depressing anyway.

That's what keeps me hooked on speed is I wake up in the morning, take a few hits, and magically I'm not depressed anymore.

But my love affair with Tina shall come to a screeching halt real soon here. I have court on February 2nd and already have a commitment that has ordered that I go to treatment. The only problem is, with Covid, some of them will accept you then cancel at the last minute.

But I want to get off the Dope (because I can see ever so clearly how it has been robbing me of life and everything,) it's just how the hell do I get clean when my dealer's apartment is less than 10 feet from my own and we are best friends?

But that's irrelevant. Sorry, I'm always talking about Speed. Yeah, mornings are depressing. It's actually 4:02 in the morning here in Minnesota America.

When I get sober I will spend my money eating more healthy foods, downing protein drinks, and taking multivitamins. I used to do that.

there will be protein in cupcakes. my guess would be 1.5 to 2g. which isn't much..

There you go. Making healthy choices and then acting upon them is the key to survival. I think the only reason I have not ended up drinking myself to death (like most of my family has) is because of these three simple things I do every day:

      1. Pray/meditate as often as I can each day

      2. Eat healthy meals

      3. Multivitamins

P.S. I also exercise/walk big time, plus I fast on holy days as best I can. Good luck, Matt. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you :-)

        Thank you.

Keep praying each day. I can see that it bears good fruit in your life just from what you post.

Yeah...walking is great....you can walk and pray at the same time. Walking and running or listening to music is fun but because I broke some bones, running is kind of hard. It is my cross I offer up for other people who suffer with handicaps.

I just keep in mind those who have it worse.

I shall offer the meth withdrawals for other drug addicts going through that hell.

Peace and good will to you! :-)

Seek advice from a nutricianist on what foods you should eat more of and what junk foods you should have once in a while.

Never irrelevant. It's currently shaping your life. Talk about it as often as you like.

Have you ever considered moving completely away from where you are?
Is that something that might be possible?

I can see that it must be very hard to change your lifestyle while living in close proximity to people who share your current one.

              Thanks!

Actually myself and my caseworker are working on finding a different place for me to live specifically and exclusively for the purpose of staying sober. I just can't live an arm's reach away from my best friend who is also my drug dealer and stay sober.

We share the same hallway, and everytime I see him it is a trigger. I need a new place no doubt and we are working on it.

I suppose it's probably possible to make a semi nutritious cupcake.
