I'm beginning to worry that I'm a drug addict.
Pretty sure I'm the only one at tree fort with the exception of someone a bit too fond of booze but that seems to be a thing of the past.
If you use DXM 3 times a week or something that doesn't qualify as chemically dependant. Also, not so sure the quantity of marijuana you smoke counts as being chemically dependant unless you really strongly feel you can't function without it.
But you decide whether you are chemically dependant , based on your opinion , not what some professional or website says.
Just, are you chemically dependant? Why or why not?
And AA is wrong. Once an alcoholic , always an alcoholic, is false. I was an alcoholic for over 10 years and alcohol isn't even a temptation for me. I can have a glass of wine or beer or hard drink and put it down because it makes me ill, and I don't like how it makes me feel any more.
So, I'm not an alcoholic anymore, just batshit crazy sometimes off the Kamikaze medicine and sleep deprivation. And possibly possessed and in need of an Exorcist!
