Turning the bad and ugly into the good! Ideas?

There are people who experienced pain, regardless of how my intentions were sometimes good (we all know where the road paved with good intentions leads) , that I want to see happy, blessed, healthy, and healed!

Without contacting people I have wronged, there are (from the perspective of those 90% of people on our planet who believe in the power of prayer and blessings) ways I can serve and make reparations to those who suffered from decisions I made.

What are some ideas you have?

I often will write out a letter to God, the Virgin Mary, or entities I believe influence me, and ask all Angels, souls, and Kami to bless that person (s), heal them, protect them, and make good come out of the bad that I have done!

Keep in mind that in the Old testament, Joseph of Egypt told his brothers that their decision to sell him into slavery was a good thing.

I haven't done anything, neither has probably anyone at this forum, done nearly anything as evil as sell someone into slavery (perhaps that is naive maybe? ) but if that story has truth, it saved the Egyptian Empire and the neighboring nations so much, that Pharaoh (who was Theologically God) told everyone that went to him "Go to Joseph"!

Joseph told his brothers "what you meant for evil, God meant for good".

If indeed, the death of Christ atoned for sin and lead to the glorious resurrection, some one needs to do the dirty work like crown the Messiah guy with thorns and crucify him, no?

So, even they were doing something good , if it panned out like Christians are claiming.

I think Jesus is one of multiple Messiahs, (which is why the prophecies attributed to the Messiah contradict each other, because I feel they are talking about more than one Messiah. Cyrus the great, who built the Temple, ended the Babylonian captivity, created Israel, was called Messiah and "anointed one", despite being a gentile) but the theme of something ugly accomplishing something beautiful (necessary evil that achieves the greatest good) is a reoccurring idea found in Scripture (and other sources as well).

My hope is we can all, with the cooperation and assistance of our higher power(s), turn the mistakes we make , ( and our inner darkness, depravity, woundedness, and ugliness) into something good and beautiful!

    Any ideas?

I think you already have a wonderful idea:

"I often will write out a letter to God, the Virgin Mary, or entities I believe influence me, and ask all Angels, souls, and Kami to bless that person (s), heal them, protect them, and make good come out of the bad that I have done!"
