How To Slow Aging

I just had a conversation with some of my co-workers about this very topic last week. The older we get, more more our body has difficulty repairing daily damage on a cellular level.
My motto is the same,
I'm not trying to turn back the clock, just trying to slow it down.
Use sunblock everyday. Start taking more vitamin, joint, eye and brain function supplements. Keep healthy weight. Exercise cardio 3x a week.
