Granted, there is no explanation for the soul. One can name aspects of light, though. (I think we know enough.)

I want to see what happens if you supercool a photon BEFORE it enters a slit.

Note I said the Catholic church, not Catholicism, unless that's what you want to call Science. We're calling it Science, and most Catholics aren't bad; they just have no interest. They're workers, and they enjoy that.
