For those who are tired of big social media, this might be the online space you are looking for. We are a community dedicated to providing a place where ideas, thoughts and opinions can be discussed with an open-mind; where people can share their lives, and make friends.
Sorry for this thread. It was supposed to be a joke without a second thought, but I forget how seriously dedicated to the obscene you all are. Sorry. What you do isn't gross. It's beautiful.

^ i feel bad for people who end up in memes like that. i worry that people forget that they aren't actually the character they're being portrayed as, necessarily.
If it really matched their character it would be just as bad/sad But, also if they moved on from that phase in their life, they might still suffer from the consequence of being so memefied that everybody knows and might recognize you.
Din Djarin after writing this post i did a search for "people whose lives were ruined by memes".
"scumbag steve" has had some real life trouble. some girl's career was ruined.
people are idiots.
Every visual indication is that the photo was taken about 40 years ago, in the early 1980s. It probably wasn't made into a meme until about 30 years later. If the subject of the photo quit smoking cigarettes, I'm sure he's had a good life and is now a grandfather somewhere in his 60s. I get your point though about the use of photos of people for memes. The implication that he posed as an 18-year-old woman for cybersex is unfair and inappropriate. Of that I am guilty.
