For those who are tired of big social media, this might be the online space you are looking for. We are a community dedicated to providing a place where ideas, thoughts and opinions can be discussed with an open-mind; where people can share their lives, and make friends.
From what I remember, Adam and Eve were immortal until they ate an apple and then God decided everyone dies now. So while their deaths were not explicit, they were pretty strongly implied.
We also established that morals are subjective (so personally I would say that is irrelevant in this thread). But if you enjoy the concept of sinning a lot I will not hold that against you :-D
1) that remains very arguable. They likely are the symbolic or methaphorical first people, not the acrtual first 2 human beings.
2) since we both sucribe to the evolution theory wouldn't we conclude the term animalistic might suit their kind of sex better?
But most of all: I see we so far have interpreted the term primordial differently. I must admit I do not fully grasp the literal concept of primordial sex, as I lost my awareness of being in a primordial state. I'm currently still on the fence if I am immortal myself.
Then it begs the question can you be immoral and immortal?
Immortality gives you a lot of options and freedoms. I would already answer: yes, the possibility is certain. And the likeliness to indulge in immoral behaviour at some point is high
i don't think there's much vampires do that would be considered moral. they kill people, have sex, and say naughty words.
It depends on why they kill people and how they feel about it. Since they have no choice (compare it to a mortal who has to consume animal meat for some medical reason) the sole act of killing a human in order to stay 'alive' themselves is not blatantly immoral. I think the victim they choose may also matter to some degree. And if its done painlessly and as quick as possible.
Would it be more moral to turn the victim into a vampire?
