What's the best present you ever received?

For me it was a Pound Puppy. One of the little ones. Dunno why that little guy was so special to me, but it was.

My ex bought me a Naoto Hattori original once. He's my fave artist.
We never really did gifts because I'm a minimalist and I just really don't get the point of buying gifts just to buy them and think they should only be given if it's thoughtful and something the person will really love. And he's a guy so was agreeable to my gifting philosophy lol
so that was one of the only gifts he ever bought me and it's probably my favorite possession

When I was 10, my brother got me one of those stamp collecting deals (over a hundred used stamps from all over the world and a new folder to put them in). Now I'm hooked for life... LOL.

My grandma got me my first electric guitar, I don't remember if it was for Christmas or a Birthday. My parents got me a guitar amp on a different Christmas, which I used for most every band and jam session I ever played an electric, those are about tied.

No wonder you hate my guitar playing so much. I was such a confused musician. If you're me, and you want to be tortured relentlessly, try writing a song.

My parents bought me a guitar one year. A Sega Genesis another. But in retrospect...I just loved that damned Pound Puppy.

never spent mine

last year they gave 1k...i bought a new tv and a gun ...saved the rest

kind of liked when i got the original nintendo...but i think the super nintendo christmas was a bit better

When I got the Nintendo...late, like 87 or 88...i rode my bike with the Mario/Duck Hunt cartridge to prove it to my sister... Fuck me, I dropped it. No one ever knew or seemed to care where that rip on the sticker came from, but I always did.

It was Sega and Dick Tracy for me.

One Christmas back in high school I got zero presents that came in boxes wrapped in bows. Instead I got a family trip to Costa Rica. That was the best.
