Have any of you ever reported a business to the BBB for anything? Such as a horrible business malpractice, fraud, or rotten customer service? If so, how’d it go? Did you get the result you wanted? We’re they helpful?

i don't think i've ever had a bad enough encounter with a business to even warrant that. if i did, it probably wouldn't occur to me to tell the BBB; i tend to forget that organization exists.

No I haven't. If it was rotten customer service, the most I would do is complain on yelp but more than likely just cuss them out or express my frustration and take my business elsewhere, which I have done. If it's a brick and mortar, I'm not sure how I would recognize fraud so malpractice is about the only situation I would consider such a scenario but I've never had any experiences that would warrant that.Comment

Yeah I am. Long story short, I took my phone in for a screen replacement. They replaced it with a bad screen. So I took it back in, and they replaced it a 2nd time. The 2nd screen was better but still defective and finicky. I took it in a 3rd time and the manager was extremely rude and confrontational, and accused me for trying to fraud the store. I called him out on his rude accusations, and he kicked me out.
Another time I told Amazon Seller's support that I would get the BBB on the case, and they straightened up right away and helped me out after being negligent. But this time with the cell phone company, I want to go all in and not give them a fair warning.Comment
