SpaceMan what's your point? Specifically?
This whole article reads "how dare negroes live in a rich white neighborhood!!!!!"
Is that what you're trying to say? What was the point of posting that?

The reason behind some of these brands in the OP changing their logos were extensively discussed and explained in some threads on HF. I think 6-eyed was part of those convos too
I think with most the point was that the producers/owners had nothing to do with the minority portrayed on the package/in the brand logo. And so they were somewhat taking advantage of such minorities image/cultural heritage.

Fair enough. But I would say the same when you react pretty in depth to BBs personal attacks
Just ignore that shit. Nobody buys it anyway and she takes a reaction like that as a validation of her shit posts. You can't make such shit posts look sillier with any kind of feedback. Yes, I could take my own advice more often too

I don't think the destroying of brand imagery and iconic mascots etc. is their life's mission. Neither do you likely (as you know why they're doing it), so yeah... curious response altogether. Also as s it sounds like you're reacting to me, but I am not a part of the cancel culture. I was just answering your question
-
Sigh... Hope you're just trying to be funny.

Yeah Asmo, how dare you be offended by offensive shit. Dude who is offended is calling you a professional offense taker.
Wah wah wah, I'm offended that no one canceled white mascots, or whatever, but wah wah wah about those who canceled non white mascots.
Or some shit
6, I have nothing against you. You and I see eye to eye on absolutely nothing. But unlike your bff Beach Ball, you've never made personal attacks. You're not an asshole. I have no problem with you.
But if you can't understand the difference between Little Debbie and the WashingWashington Redskins, then I have to reevaluate if you are, in fact, any different than Beach Ball.
I mean, as far as I can tell, this meme suggests you feel the same racial disrespect as those who you lampoon and bitch about.
Whining about food mascots based on race is a "leftist" thing, and, yet, here you are. I mean, do you even know what side you're on?
All these are rhetorirhetorical questions. IF you respond at all, I expect it will be with
*autistic screeching*
But I hope I'm wrong

We get that you love to make piss poor excuses for every fucking thing that you do.
Get on with your own life. Who fucking cares what happens to these things.
There are people out there who claim everything is racist.
If people think that then why was coon cheese named after a person with the surname of Coon?
I still buy coon cheese. It doesn't make me racist. It just makes me happy that i'm buying a good brand of cheese.
So how about shutting the fuck up about it and stop complaining all the time about these things.

Because i can eat light and tasty cheese.
I just don't have a lot of it.
By that i will have it on things i cook in.
Sometimes have a cheese and ham sandwich.
Doesn't affect me.
Milk affects me more.
But normal milk goes straight through me.
I will buy soy milk sometimes and lactose free milk all the time.

Being lactose intolerant means i can't eat rich things that have a lot of things in it that i can't have.
Most things like your cheese burgers from maccas and other crap that has a lot of cheese on it i won't even touch.
However, if i make something at home i can have light things such as light and tasty cheese.
I will have lactosefree milk.
I can also have soy milk.
I used to love having bread and butter pudding but the dairy content in it goes right through me.
I can have icecream but yet again not a huge amount.
I can also have little bits of chocolate.

This is definitely one of those things where the people upset about those supposedly taking offense come across as way more offended than the people who are offending them by being offended
Lol
I think this just boils down to marketing and changing branding to appeal to younger generations, rather than cancel culture
millenials, and Gen Z now too, are less likely to eat these products, more likely to be foodies and stay away from the processed foods in general, or buy organic brands when they do go processed.
Pretty sure this is just the result of some marketing execs recognizing general market trends and thinking if they appealed to wokeness they might generate some new interest in their brands.
