You’re so bright with your semantics, which are yet again, wrong. FYI i originally called it a knife fight... but it is not an itak. It is more than a knife fight. these are swords, a machete is simply a short form of a falchion which is a sword.

a machete can be classified as a sword, but you are so bright I think you would know this. It is a chopper style sword, which does exist, especially when used as a weapon rather than a tool.

this is what an Itak tagalog looks like, it is also a sword.
