Sure we have all heard of conspiracy theory, but really what intrigues me is how, for most people, everything that happens in the world is merely a result of coincidence. You would think if that were really the case, average people would at least be on the winning end some of the time.

average people generally aren't very bright.
in reality i think it's a combination. a lot of shit just happens, because nobody has the time or motivation to bother affecting it. but then things that boil down to either the average people or the people in charge "winning," well of course the people with the control are going to make sure that they are the ones who win. -
