Should I send this video to the judge and prosecutor?

If you were a judge or prosecutor, would watching that video potentially influence the sentence for better or for worse?

I feel like shit because the prosecuting attorney said I left the victim petrified.

I'm currently on house arrest with an ankle bracelet that causes pain and has to spend two hours a day charging.

The George Floyd riot Freedom Fund here in the Twin Cities began bailing out many rioters and out of charity bailed me out.

My crime would not have gotten serious time, but I have so many felonies and misdemeanors, some of them violent , which included stabbing a man twice in the chest with a butcher knife that was mentioned in the court papers, that caused them to say I am a "menace to society, a threat, and a career criminal".

So, I have three different cases and three different judges sentencing me on six different charges , so as they say in ebonics "we be fucked"!

Also, not only am I facing potentially years behind bars, I feel powerless over my addiction to drugs, so maybe being locked up is the only way to keep me sober. And I will be doing regular piss tests.

I don't know how long you will be seeing me here, but I never got letters from family in jail, but did get mail from members from Tree Fort.

It spoke volumes about the charity of a forum I practically vandalized with my drug-induced psychotic obsessions and disturbing or perhaps annoying rants.

So I truly believe Jesus or God is more present here than at Christian forums.

Welcome back! I really hope that you’re able to turn things around. Honestly the path you were on could have ended worse than jail. Sometimes you need to hit what seems like rock bottom. But you’ve survived and I do wish the best for your recovery.

I didn't watch more than a minute of the video but my recommendation is I wouldn't make any more videos that are potentially incriminating or provide ammo for the prosecution, particularly if you have more court appearances, save all thoughts until the court appearance. I probably wouldn't even send them if the case has been decided and you're just waiting on sentencing because I doubt it will help and depending how petty the court is, it may just increase your time.

Here's what I noticed. You spend a lot of time talking about the victim during your video. This could indicate to the prosecution that you are still fixated on her and are therefore a continuing threat to her safety.

I can't give you any legal advice, only what I think I would look into. If you go to prison there is probably a 0% chance of you getting the help you need. Speak to the public defender about getting into whatever kind of hospital is available that might give you long term treatment. And beg the judge to allow you to get treatment for your mental and addiction problems.

As for the girl, man you got to let it go. Stop worrying about her, she's an adult and doesn't need you in her life. You are causing her great harm with your obsession. If you truly care for her you will leave her alone for all time. It's over dude.

I was afraid of that.

But I also want the judge and prosecuting attorney to see genuine contrition from the heart.

More importantly, I want the victim to feel safe. If she thinks I resent her or desire that she suffer, it's going to cause her to feel "petrified" was the word the prosecuting attorney used.

I feel I need to do what I can to make sure she isn't suffering, because of me, and if the judge carries the message to her, it has the potential to console her.

I also want the judge to know I'm contrite before he sentences me.

I'm not supposed to say anything in court, just my attorney does.

The problem with that is, the judge doesn't even know me or if I'm altruistic or a sociopath when he makes his decision.

In the meantime, don't make any videos but fun, creative videos. Make videos of songs you've written, things like that. On the off chance anyone is watching, let them see your bright side...even history lessons that are educational, you know?

My next YouTube I'm going to read Benito's last will before his execution. Its contained in a book im almost finished reading.

It was being always hungry, in a cell 22 hours a day, very loud, sometimes violent, but sometimes felt it was where I needed to be.

The best sermon and longest talk I ever gave about Mussolini was in my cell with a black roommate and he responded "I'm a Fascist now".

Wow. I feel there is a connection between Benito and myself. I realized that I have these sort of obscure, haunting (my most haunting, and I have haunting dreams) dreams of 30s Italy. I seem to have like, an intense personal memory of those huge Ms.

I am a believer in past lives. I did become convinced at one point I was Benito reincarnated, remembering how my thing to do in childhood was hang upside-down and tell people to pull me up, but that's neither here nor there.
