The album Spectres by Blue Öyster Cult is one of the greatest Rock albums ever.

I think it's better than the album which preceded it that sold better. (which features Don't fear the Reaper)

I also think it's better than other contemporary Rock albums that sold better including:

Led Zeppelin - Presence
Queen - Jazz

Din Djarin If you've never heard their albums, I think you would prefer their first 3 albums. Secret Treaties is the highlight of that era, basically as good as Spectres with only one song preventing it from being a flawless album. Those are more Stoner Rock albums, also if you like those listen to the live album On Your Feet or On Your Knees which captures the era and pretty heavy for the time. Spectres has more pop sensibilities but enchanting melodies and interesting themes.

Arrival of Disco and Punk is primarily why I think it didn't do as well.

I checked the band out more than a decade ago, and it could be their qualities didn't sank in merely because I was into other particular sounds at the time.. We will see!

The freemasonry is not a malevolent organisation in control of most of the world, in fact it consists of many constructive good people and if it has a uniform aim its to have a positive influence on society.
Not sure how unpopular this opinion or perspective is, it can seem misleading on the internet of course, where many sensible people remain silent/aren't busy with this, and where many conspiracy theorists and people inclined to go with any alt truth are very vocal on this stuff.

I used to state the same but grew appreciation for them over time (not that i really love listening to a lot of their stuff, i just can acknowledge better how good they technically were). But especially Freddie is the shit! One of the best frontmen rock ever had I say!
