In all seriousness, I took notice of a heterosexual couple with a twist: the man identifies as a woman, as I recall right actually a lesbian woman. He craved and did get surgeries to make him a woman, but they both also craved to keep his penis because they prefer it above having to resort to dildos etc. So he got breasts, hormones and facial surgeries 'only'. They seemed very pleased.

I don't know if they identify their relationship as gay. I guess the woman identifies as bisexual, or she just doesn't give a crap how she identifies.
