Here's the thing, several factors cause natural reduction in the size of gonads. Age is one, lack of testosterone is another (a double-edged sword since treatment with testosterone injections can also reduce gonad size). Hot tubs and saunas are another factor as is wearing tight pants or underwear.

I've been on testosterone injections for the last year. I only tried it as an experiment because nothing else made sense. I was having so many weird symptoms that I was willing to try anything. Within a few months I could feel the difference. Most of the pain in my joints was gone, my moobs were shrinking and my muscle density improved. But, oddly enough, my nads shrank more than I imagined they might.

To be honest though, I don't know if there's any importance to that, everything is working just fine. Regardless, I can't imagine screwing around with my organs for "cosmetic" reasons alone. There are exceptions I guess (like hypospadias), but really I just don't see a point to nad augmentation. But then, I have no idea why I like breasts so much. Still, I have limits. I have no interest in breasts augmented to bizarre dimensions.

So I don't understand why anyone wants an augmented set of nads. It seems parallel to deciding that you need an extra thumb or a bigger pinky (though nads can't actually hold objects).
