Yeah... I been better at not abusing it lately and having good sleep-hygiene but decided to be an evil fiend and do way more than is therapeutic. I've not slept in over 48 hours.

Nah! I'm pretty good at hiding bodies. I've actually cut way back on my addiction to killing people cept for on weekends, holidays, and holy days of obligation.

I'm exercising lots of self control, weaning me off homicide entirely and gonna take up something new like cannibalism of my own head.
