Does love for Meth qualify as love for money and materialism?

I ordinarily don't consider myself even slightly materialistic or having any love for money, the root of all evil.

That however cannot be true as I have a costly drug addiction I'm trying to overcome.

Would you say love for Meth qualifies as love for money and materialism?

    Why or why not?

I think you need to have both of your arms cut off. Of your own volition, of course.

No, because remember? Meth has a spirit. You are in love with a spiritual communion, not the crystal itself.

I know you don't believe that, but I believe you speak the truth.

However, money might have a Spirit too. Jesus called it mammon.

        mam·mon
        /ˈmamən/
        Learn to pronounce
        noun
        1. wealth regarded as an evil influence or false object of worship and devotion. It was taken by medieval writers as the name of the devil of covetousness, and revived in this sense by Milton.
"others have forsaken Mammon in search of something on a more spiritual plane"
So, the Spirit of Crystal Meth could actually be a Devil.

However, my philosophy is that communion with transubstantiated wine is communion with the blood of Christ.

Getting drunk off the blood of Christ is sacrilege and therefore communion with an evil Spirit (s).

Blessing crystal meth to improve concentration, energy, and prayer life might be holy communion with good Kami.

Using large quantities of it to get high and euphoric could be communion with the Devil and love of mammon.

But yes, I love not money or material possessions, but meth usage usually requires money.

Maybe I should only use it when it comes to me.

Like my neighbor needed me to buy him something at the store and gave me some.

He needed me to hold on to an item which got me some more.

A tweaker and her boyfriend needed a place to spend the night and smoke it, so that got me more shit that required no money.

Sometimes steak and chicken and free food I get at salvation army is a fair trade.

Maybe simply sticking to only using it in those circumstances would qualify as moderation and not love for mammon.

        *Shrug*

father of creation -takes me from my stolen tomb

If you did like 20 dollars worth (a dub) it would be the best day of your life for about 14 hours but then you crash and need more and more and you reach a point where it doesn't get you high anymore and you can experience no joy or pleasure without the drug.

So best to never try it.

That said, if it's pure uncut meth, It's one of the safest drugs.

It's easier to die of a Vitamin D overdose than a meth overdose.

A lot of natural herbs like Ma Huang for sale at a nutritional store are more dangerous in large quantities than pure methamphetamine.

People drop dead from cocaine , barbiturate, alcohol, and opioid overdose all the time but you will never hear of someone dying of an overdose of pure methamphetamine unless it was combined with another drug.

I have been around drunk people and people high on meth all the time and drunk people are way more beliggerant , loud, obnoxious, and violent and uncoordinated than meth heads. I prefer the company of tweakers.
