Your vote matters most when your vote is part of a majority (but in a proper functioning democracy it even has some use when not). An american vote does not matter at this point because no majority of voters can get what they really want.

If a big enough group of Americans would constructively work on changing that, the establishment has little choice than to do something with that. But apparently too much americans have lost all faith in voting and their pathetic form of democracy (can we blame them?) and now their apathic (or ludicrous anti) stance on voting is adding to the fucked up state of the country.

I think Ratcliffe inflated his role in the prosecution and conviction of terrorists. Ratcliffe played an administrative and coordinating role when it came to terrorism issues in the district. Was this a lie? He office did play a role and worked on this to see that terrorists were convicted.

We've got 2 foreign powers trying to undermine election integrity using propaganda as a means to an end. We also have a president who is amplifying the same propaganda.

We've got one party (the Democrats) who wrote a bill asking for more money to insure election security while the other party (the Republicans) shot it down.

This set of facts contracts the narrative that the right is pushing. If someone wanted to rig an election they would first try to undermine the integrity of the election using propaganda, then they would push back against funding election security.
