China's one-child policy has long lasting impacts on that country, and the rest of the world. In Chinese culture, sons are deemed more valuable than daughters. So when a Chinese couple has their one and only baby they can legally make, they aim to have a son. Sometimes in this culture, they'll abort or throw away the daughter and try again until they get a son (it's fucked up, I know). As a result of this, China has a surplus of men, and a shortage of women. These 1-child policies have been in place for decades now, the children of the 1-child policy are in their 20s and 30s now. China's youngest generations are all predominantly male. Most males in China are doomed to be incels. When a man cannot find a mate or a partner, his sexual frustrations can materialize into aggression and resentment. China is already sending men out to do business projects in war torn and countries in Africa and the Middle East. They do this to conquer and spread international influence, by making other nations permanently dependent on China, under the guise of humanitarianism. Chinese incel men will be very eager to take on international jobs like this, in hopes to leave their sausage-fest of a country and finding a girl somewhere else. These Chinese incels will make great warriors and soldiers for the Chinese Military as they have a lot of sexual frustration they can turn into a murderous rage.

Too late for that. We’re already seeing the results of the one child policy.
Edit: To clarify, I don't necessarily agree with the OP at all but I do agree that the one child policy was short sighted and had some bad unintended consequences.Last edited by Youfreeme; 04-14-2021, 01:50 AM.

I did some actual reseaech. In 2020 there were 105 males in China to every 100 females. So their male to female ratio isn't much different than ours. Only thing is that women outnumber men here.
Granted, their population is much larger, therefore that gap is too, but 6 makes it sound like there is 80,000,000,000 and, like, 6 girls.

”- The fertility rate decreased after 1980.
- The birth rate decreased after 1980.
- The overall rate of natural increase (the difference between the birth rate and the death rate) declined.
- The Chinese government estimated that some 400 million births were prevented by the policy, although some analysts dispute this finding.
- As sons were generally preferred over daughters, the overall sex ratio in China became skewed toward males. In 2016 there were 33.59 million more men than women.
- Because of the preference for sons, there was a rise in the number of abortions of female fetuses.
- The number of female babies killed, abandoned, or placed in orphanages increased as a result of the policy.
- Incentives were offered to families complying with the policy, including financial perks and greater employment options.
- Millions of Chinese parents had to endure strict enforcement methods of the policy, including forced sterilization and forced abortions.
- In families that already had one child, the births of additional children—in violation of the one-child policy—were often undocumented, leading to many problems later on for those children as they struggled to receive an education or find work.
- Even after the one-child policy was rescinded, China’s birth and fertility rates remained low, leaving the country with a population that was aging too rapidly as well as a shrinking workforce.

As I understood people can have more kids, but it will cost them so much more money most won't.
