Steven Colbert’s crew of journalists and writers breach the capitol. Charged with unlawful entry, harassing members of congress, and allegedly filming a comedy sketch. Apparently Adam Shiff’s staff members allowed these people in. They were arrested and held 1 night in jail. Now that the precedent has been set for anyone who breaks into the capitol as an insurrectionist, will Colbert’s staff be held in solitary confinement with lengthy prison sentences? I doubt it. Liberal privilege shows us that one side is immune from the law. Thousands of Colbert's journalists/cult followers broke through the Capitol fencing, assaulted Capitol Police with hockey sticks and bear spray, broke through windows, invaded the House chamber and shouted for the Vice President to be hung in order to stop the lawful transfer of Presidential power...yeah I saw that on the news.

Unlike those thugs on the sixth that stormed the Capitol building, pushed their way through barriers, and beat Police officers in an attempt to incite a coup.
In the past they would have been shot or hung for sedition (which is what they deserve) Instead they’ve been given a slap on the wrist from a few months in jail to a few years.

It was clearly a comedy skit which went too far, and they were arrested accordingly.

Trump requested maximum security at the capitol. Yet the capitol security was operating only at 50% on January 6th.

The police at the capitol allowed a lot of them inside. Just as Adam Shiff let Colbert’s intrusive journalists inside unchecked.

It was nothing less than a coup D’état
As for trump asking for maximum security, yeah, for the rioters, not the police.
