You obviously don't understand basic civics.

Only the different non federal jurisdictions can defund police. For example only the state legislature can defund the state police, only the county commissioners can defund the the county sheriff, and only the city council can defund the city police.

Biden can't defund anything since he hasn't held office in 4 years even if he was president he couldn't defund anything by himself. Harris can't defund federal law enforcement by herself because to the best of my knowledge she isn't on the committee that oversees that, and even at that she would have to convince other committee members to do that.

This is why you shouldn't discuss American Politics because you don't know how any of this works.

By the way they're being doxxed as we speak. They can pretty much say goodbye to their jobs.
