Prince Andrew.
the interview he did about it last year is one of the funniest things to watch. i don't know why someone didn't stop it happening, like no this is a terrible idea. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKQi3wzNFGQ
Isn't one of the royal family implicated in all this mess also? I'm too lazy to google...do it for me! ?
i did hear something about that on the radio. i forget which one, mostly because i can't tell the difference between all of them if they're standing in front of me wearing name tags.
i still wish people could just be thankful that a child sex trafficker was caught and brought to justice (be it vigilante style or not) rather than using it as an opportunity to claim that every single customer of his belonged to the opposite political party while just kind of awkwardly looking the other direction when a member of their own political party is implicated.
I see they got Ghislaine Maxwell on suicide watch in the same jail as Jeffery was. and she's in paper clothes, to prevent her hanging herself. now we get to see how long she makes it before she's Arkancided.
^^Is it wrong that I laughed hysterically when I heard that when they found her she had wrapped her cellphone in tinfoil to block it's signal so that it couldn't be tracked. I'm not the biggest tech guy but even I know that doesn't work.

What!? And here I thought tinfoil encryption was the most secure method for privacy.
No no you've got it all wrong. The tin foil itself was never intended to stop the radio waves, signals and patterns it was just the easiest material to form into angles, patterns and shapes, much like the stealth aircraft it is the angles of the material that send signals dissaray.
the phone searches for a cell tower. when it finds one ( or three ) it stays connected till you're out of range. usually the phone connects to multiple towers. that's how your location is found, by triangulation. cell frequencies are up in the 700mhz to 1900 mhz (megahertz) range so they are very short in length. they are easily reflected by tin foil. however, you can take the battery out, will do the same thing unless the phone has a backup battery. try it, wrap your phone in tin foil and have a friend try and ring you. use two layers
that's why Ghislaine had her phone wrapped , to stop from finding her position. but they were watching her anyway...….

tin foil WILL stop your cell phone from connecting to a cell tower, as long as it's totally covered
Ok, maybe I'm going to end up with egg on my face here, but I'm with twiceburned on this one. It seems like covering a phone in tinfoil ought to block signals from being sent or received. If the battery is still in, it could still do things like record audio, or if it has an accelerometer, maybe it could record that data, and where you've been might be determined once you take it out of the tinfoil.
