Wildlife authorities have arrested four poachers over the brutal killing of a gorilla in a UNESCO-protected game reserve.

The male silverback gorilla, named Rafiki, was hugely popular with tourists in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda.

Rafiki, 25 years old, went missing on June 1 and he was found dead the next day

According to the article the man killed Rafiki in self defense. Assuming he did it's difficult to blame him. If something that big were coming at me I'd do what I could to protect myself.

i don't even care if it were self-defence. humans are using up so much of this planet. we could stay out of their way.

A poacher didn't straight up admit guilt

        I'm surprised

He was a poacher though, he wasn't just there enjoying the wildlife and trying to be one with nature

Poachers are a lower form of life than racists

I didn't read the article closely enough. I assumed they had a legit reason for being there in the first place.
