Earth day and Lenin’s birthday are the same day

It’s no coincidence that Earth Day ? happens to be the same day as Vladimir Lenin’s birthday. It’s a commie holiday through and through.

Rich left wing politicians have used environmental fascism to guilt trip people over their consumptive nature and carbon footprints. While they get around in private keys and yachts.

While I advocate stewardship to the environment, politicians have used eco fear mongering as a way to control and oppress the masses.

Its not easy living an zero-carbon life. In fact, you’d Sacrifice many of life’s luxuries to live an eco-conscious lifestyle they demand of you.

Nikita Khrushchev, Soviet Premier after Joseph Stalin, decided in 1955 that the country should celebrate their national political philosophy, communism. He chose as the day, April 22, Vladimir Lenin's birthday, a tribute to the founder of the Soviet Union. When environmentalists decided that the Earth deserved a day of celebration…

1970 was the first year Earth Day was celebrated. The 100 year anniversary of Lenin’s birthday.

“Saving the environment is simply a euphemism for eviscerating the rights of property owners and creating a dictatorship.”

But surely a source called Patriot Post must be unbiased!

                This was a good point...

Finally, in a related story, The Washington Post reports that 2020 is on track to be the hottest year on record, even despite the massive decrease in CO2 emissions due to the pandemic. However, the Post conveniently dismisses this fact because its true commitment is to blame human activity for climate change: “Climate scientists do not place too much emphasis in annual rankings for monitoring and attributing global climate change, but rather focus more on long-term trends in greenhouse gas emissions, air and sea temperatures and climate indicators such as melting glaciers, sea level rise and changes in precipitation patterns.” So, when a massive decrease in human-caused emissions does happen and yet it won’t contribute to a decrease in global temperatures, the Post suggests that it’s merely an anomaly that should be ignored. How convenient.
I checked on NASA's website and 2020 was in fact the warmest year on record... although with a margin of error that they decided to call it "tied" with 2016.

There is a lot of loaded language in that article but after Big Tech's censorship efforts on dissenting RONA opinions from scientists, I am wide open to entertain various sources.

                  Is it tho?

I don't know one way or the other if climate change is man-made or natural. I mean, we do know it is a naturally occurring event, but that doesn't mean mankind's activities can't accelerate, influence, or even down right change it. I don't know. I only know enough to know I dont know much. Unlike the rest of these self anointed "experts" on the topic...

But for arguments sake let's say it IS man-made. OK. We've been pumping Co2 into the air non stop for the last 170ish years. Basically, the start of the industrial revolution. Do you really think a single year of decreased human activity would reverse the trend?

Good point to the extent that I didn't feel like reading the article was a waste of time and it prompted me to look into the claims further.

Based on the way the issue is framed to the public, I think so. If not, I'm not sure why I should believe 10-12 years or whatever the irreversible tipping point is supposed to be is guaranteed to reverse the trend.

The political class has you useful idiots setting fire to your neighbor's SUV, as a way to protest CO2 emissions. Meanwhile they politicains and newscasters they admire are flying private jets from coast to coast, and living large in their multi-million dollar yachts, and 3 mansions (bernie sanders). As they put zero effort in practicing what they preach: "Living Sustainably"
