Is weed legal where you live without a prescription?

Where you live and police find an ounce or more of marijuana and you have no prescription for it or license to grow it, can you face a fine, jail time, or legal troubles?

Also, quick question about the stoners lounge. I started a thread in the stoners lounge that was about marijuana and meth. It was moved to the Piranha pit. I assume that it was moved there because meth isn't legal in some places.

Marijuana isn't legal in some places either. Alcohol drinking or possess is illegal activity in some countries like Saudi Arabia. Just saying.

Another thread I started today was not trolling, was not about F******, M********, or illegal activity until after I noticed it got moved to the pit. Why was it moved?

Weed is not legal here. I'm not sure exactly what the penalty for an ounce is, I know there has been talk of decriminalization but I don't think that ever actually happened yet. Last I knew 2 ounces was where it became a felony because if you have that much you're automatically selling it.

I have no idea why your threads got moved, I haven't seen them yet and if they go on for as long as most of your threads I won't have time to read them when I do.

Possession, consumption and limited growing is all legal here.

Adults can possess up to 30 grams in public here without issue, any more than that is a ticket (unless they think you're selling it). We can grow 4 plants at a time unless you live in a province that doesn't allow hoke cultivation.

Because rescription I can possess up to 60 grams in public. No limits on how much you can have at home.

Illegal here...everything is illegal.

They (the local gubamint) acted like we South Carolinians were being blessed (BLESSED I tell you) because they legalized CBD oil...I've never heard of any CBD bud being available, so apparently we still aren't supposed to smoke it.

There are several legal farms in this state (one of the farms is operated by a man closely associated with Clemson University because maybe he coached there) but all you will ever hear about regarding the farms is that you can obtain oil (somehow) from them.

CBD is available at most smoke shops here, I think they mostly do edibles.

Audiogen there is nothing legal here but the oil. No bud at all available publicly. And there are NO legal edibles of any type besides the gummys. I guess you call them edibles. I can eat 5 of those stupid gummies and feel the teenest bit not bad. lol

I've only tried a CBD product once and I'm not convinced the little I did experience was anything but placebo but some people, notably stoners, seem to think the stuff is alright.

Since when can you carry 5 grams without getting fined when busted in Germany? Wasn't like that for the longest time! I always had to change my mindset when crossing the border with a few grams, but how you describe it now its not very different than in the Netherlands. Must have happened somewehere in the last decade?

Germans were always on their guard with pot, it seemed illegal. Last time I was on Stoned from the Underground (somewhere near Erfurt) there were undercover cops checking for pot. If you were caught with a joint you were picked up in a van and at the least wasted a whole afternoon and got a big fine. That was a big downer to see, we never saw something like that at that stoner fest before!

People still take stuff to concerts here, just have to be more careful than when I was a teen.
