I had started to forget some of those details. It feels like a long time ago.
A lot has changed in 4 years. Forums like this hold only a narrow niche role, but the shrinkage seems to have stopped.Comment

You and Karen were banned for the same reason, there were too many threads at the time in the nudist forums talking about nudity with children that were attracting too many creepers
Karen was banning several members for a week for attacking them instead of protecting the site
I and another regular member, it was either mama or another with mama in the username, got banned for a week for supposedly 'trolling' some creep that had been posting about how more popular he was when he brought his underage teenage daughters to the nudist camp.
Anyway, the ban didn't last a week, two days later I could access the site and Karen was gone, then same week, you obviously blasted Skip, then you were gone. Afterwards, that other member PM'ed me saying she had complained to skip about those threads obviously attracting pedos and getting banned
Even if skip had bothered to give you both an explanation, neither of you would have listened or got it, and I still don't think you will now
A site administrator wanting to eliminate any references to nudity involving children should not be that much of a surprise
A hippie lifestyle is about respecting nature, making your own clothes, growing your own vegetables, peace protests and mung beans and that should be it

Despite what you imply I am a reasonable person and would always respond to dialogue. But Skip did not extend that option.
I hope this site does not make the mistake of giving you moderation powers, because I am getting to like it here.
BTW, pretty narrow edict on what a Hippie is about. You forgot, free spirit, smoking dope, enjoying sex with a lover or lovers. Or just hanging out naked talking to your friends. I am old but I do remember that.

I don't remember the nudist forum sections ever being controversial. It was mostly L&S and RT that kept us busy dealing with crap all the time. There's a forum section hidden from the public where moderators and the owners talked about various problems and what needed to be done about them, and I don't recall there ever being a thread about issues involving the nudists and naturists. And I don't believe that anybody still remembers exactly what was in some thread four years ago.
It's time for everybody to move on. But... prudes are still annoying.Comment

) college age female at the time on HF that you "formed a strong female bond" with and became your "internet daughter"
