I just signing on quickly to let everybody know I still live

Quality of life is questionable. lol Actually from last night through Sunday Mama is at a place...I've been given a "week(5 days) of respite". I have to wash about 25 loads of clothes and etc.

Mama does not sleep. period. She has basically recovered physically thank God) from her fall, but not mentally. She already was, well, down the hole at least half-way (mentally - just to be clear). Now she has retained 2 things mentally from her fall - her stubborness and her great dislike for me. mercy sakes.

But I love her even if I don't always like her...and I'm going to give her the best care I can until I get her into a home, probably in May.

My girl, the sitter...is nothing short of wonderful.

She and those 2 babies will always be in my life. I'm not sure "like" is how her husband feels toward me. lol He doesn't say anything bad and is polite. Either I will grow on him or I won't.

(I'm one of those people that USUALLY you either like me or you don't. period.)

Whatever. I look at it like everybody didn't even like Jesus...I'd hate to think everybody likes me.. lol Of course....I am posting publicly so I'm knowing EVERYBODY has their haters, even if they aren't vocal about it.

Back to wash load #4 for today....and most probably doobie time.

We have hard wood flooring through the house, and I've been sleeping on a pallet. I've been sleeping in the floor either in Mama's room or in the hall just outside her room. OMG! I thought my bed was hard, but it wasn't this hard...and I LOVE IT!

I slept better last night, not just because I wasn't worried and having to sleep with 1 eye open....on my pallet in that hall...I slept like a baby.

For 10 straight hours. It may have been years since I slept that good.

SO - try sleeping on a hardwood floor (wide) hall if you've tried everything else.

when my sister went on vacations i housewatch and dogsit her wonderful dog

i sleep on the floor in her den..my back loves it

its carpeted though... i dont think i could sleep on bare hardwood

this reminds she hasnt had any decent vacations now that the girls are older
