How Many Song Lyrics Don't You Understand?

Like "Hotel California" by the Eagles & "A Whiter Shade of Pale" by Procyl Harem?
"The embers of our past lives lie smouldering within us awaiting the winds of remembrance to fan them in flames of reality." Dax.

I am the Walrus - The Beatles

    These lines in particular:

Yellow-matter custard dripping from a dead dog's eye
    Crabalocker fishwife, pornographic priestess
Boy, you've been a naughty girl, you let your knickers down

    [Chorus]
I am the egg man, they are the egg men
I am the walrus, goo goo g'joob

Semolina pilchard climbing up the Eiffel Tower
    Elementary penguin singing Hare Krishna
Man, you should have seen them kicking Edgar Allan Poe

First part sounds like a tribute to a whore, possibly diseased .. egg man= the dude, the dudes, walrus= fuckin' motion. scurvy lil rant haha..

last part- acid thoughts of opposing archetypes, mild sarcasm of education/Poe ..

      I dunno, maybe, maybe not.
I've written some song while fucked up, just thought I'd see what I got here Lol..
      Drugs make for introspective lyrics
mother moon -she's calling me back to her silver womb,
father of creation -takes me from my stolen tomb
seventh-advent unicorn is waiting in the skies,
a symptom of the universe, a love that never dies!

Don McLean - American Pie (this video answered most of the questions I had about the song)
